Acceptable Use Policy

1. Consent comes first

Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have agreed to appear in an AI-generated video. If a photo shows a private individual, you must have their permission. Photos of public figures are only permitted for clearly satirical, non-deceptive, non-commercial purposes that do not imply endorsement or defame.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

• Non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery, of anyone, real or synthetic.
• Any sexual content involving minors — this is zero tolerance and will be reported to authorities.
• Harassment, bullying, humiliation, or hate targeting individuals or groups.
• Deceptive impersonation: presenting generated footage as authentic recordings of real events or statements.
• Fraud, scams, or financial deception of any kind.
• Terrorist or violent-extremist content, or incitement to violence.
• Content that infringes copyright, including reference videos, artwork, or music you have no right to use.
• Attempts to bypass rate limits, credits, access controls, or to probe or attack the Service.

3. Consequences

Violating content is removed and jobs fail without charge where detected before rendering. Accounts are suspended for violations; serious violations (minor safety, threats) are referred to authorities. We preserve minimal evidence as required by law.

4. Reporting

Report violations — whether your likeness was misused or you spotted prohibited content — at support@airumpelstiltskin.fun or via our copyright/takedown process. Include the video or job reference; we respond as quickly as we can and remove content while investigating where appropriate.
