1. The Service
AI Rumpelstiltskin (“the Service”) is an independent, unofficial creative tool that generates Rumpelstiltskin-inspired dance videos from photos you upload. It is not affiliated with the creator of the original viral video, any studio, or any social platform, and it does not reproduce anyone else’s footage.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age where you live) and able to form a binding contract. By using the Service you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. Your content and rights
- You retain ownership of the photos you upload.
- You confirm you own each photo or have permission from every person depicted, and that the content does not violate our Acceptable Use Policy.
- You grant us (and our generation provider) a limited license to process the photo solely to generate your video and operate the Service.
- You may use generated videos for personal, lawful purposes; you are responsible for how you publish them.
4. Prohibited conduct
Impersonation of real people in misleading or harmful ways, non-consensual depictions, sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance, reported to authorities), harassment, fraud, and uploading material you have no right to use are all prohibited. 5. Credits, jobs, and refunds
- Generation consumes credits. The exact cost is shown before you confirm a job.
- Confirming a job reserves the cost; the reserve settles when a usable video is delivered and is released if the job definitively fails.
- Credits are for on-site generation only — they are not money, have no cash value, and (by default) do not expire.
- Card refunds follow the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
6. Generative variability
Results are machine-generated interpretations that vary with your input and model behavior. We make no promise of any specific artistic outcome, likeness fidelity, or similarity to any existing video.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. Credits you purchased remain usable for the Service as offered at the time of any change, or are handled per the Refund Policy if we discontinue generation entirely.
8. Suspension
We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to circumvent controls, or create legal risk. Where possible, credits from purchases are refunded on a pro-rata basis for accounts terminated without cause.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
